To celebrate the hattrick of Green Tourism Gold awards at our three hotels we are enhancing our existing green meeting package for a limited period so you too can meet more responsibly, one meeting at a time.

ENHANCED GREEN DELEGATE PACKAGE

Pick our enhanced green meeting package for your next meeting in Bath, Cheltenham or Windsor and you will get:

A plastic free meeting package – no pens or plastic water bottles. We encourage you to bring your own refillable bottles.
Your choice of a vegan or vegetarian only menu for your delegates.
A map for a local walk for a mid-event stretch of the legs and the chance to see some local highlights.
For every delegate on a green meeting package we will plant a tree through our partnership with More:Trees.
For every agent booking an event, we will donate 1% of the event booking value (nett of VAT) to an ESG cause of their choice or an ESG cause of their client’s choice.

Terms and conditions

This offer is based on new meeting and events taking place from 1^st April to 31^st October 2024 for a minimum of 10 delegates on a full day delegate or 24-hour meeting package that specifically ask for this package. Does not apply to room hire only package. Must be confirmed by 30^th September 2024. All extras are non-refundable, no cash alternative. One tree per delegate booked on the green meetings package will be planned via More:Trees. After the event has taken place the organiser will receive an email certificate confirming the number of trees planted on their behalf. For agents, the 1% donation is only available on meetings taking the green meetings package, the ESG cause must be a registered charity and the registered business number should be given to the events team post event and we will donate directly to the charity within 30 days.
