- From 3:00pm – Check in at leisure at The Castle Hotel and explore Windsor.
- 5:30pm – 5:45pm – Meet in the garden for arrival drinks and a welcome with the hotel team.
- 6:15pm – Chance for a full tour of the hotel.
- 6:15pm – Fun interactive quiz via Kahoot! app (please download the app on your smartphone in advance).
- 6:30pm – Quiz winner and prize announced.
- From 7:00pm – Enjoy a private dinner in the Maple.
- 11:00am – Check out on Saturday morning after breakfast.
