Terms and conditions

1- The promoters are: Georgian Genesta LLP, The Sutton Hotel Collection, 41 Great Pulteney Street, London, England, W1F 9NZ.

2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of the Sutton Hotel Collection and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

5- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6- Closing date for entry will be 12 noon Friday 3rd November 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Please provide your full name and email address to enter. By entering you agree to sign up to the Sutton Hotel Collection email newsletter.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

8- The prize is as follows: an overnight stay in a Classic bedroom for two including a three-course meal and breakfast at either The Queens Hotel Cheltenham, The Francis Hotel Bath or The Castle Hotel Windsor. Availability is at the hotel’s discretion and the prize will be subject to availability.  There may be no availability to take the prize over Bank Holidays and event dates. The prize must be taken by 30th June 2024.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

10- The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by the Sutton Hotel Collection. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11- We will contact the winner by email, however the winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@suttonhotelcollection.com.

12- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Sutton Hotel Collection, and not to any other party.
