Terms and conditions

1- The promoters are: Georgian Genesta LLP, The Sutton Hotel Collection, 41 Great Pulteney Street, London, England, W1F 9NZ.

2- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of the Sutton Hotel Collection and Sir Richard Sutton Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4- By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

5- The prize draw will open at 8:00am on Saturday 1 July and will close at 5:00pm Friday 29 September. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

6 – The prizes include:

• A three-course meal for two guests at either Leaf restaurant at The Castle Hotel in Windsor, Boho Marché restaurant at The Francis Hotel in Bath or Victoria’s restaurant at The Queens Hotel, Cheltenham.
• A two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Castle Hotel in Windsor, including breakfast and a boat tour courtesy of French Brothers Windsor.
• A champagne afternoon tea for two at either The Castle Hotel in Windsor, The Francis Hotel in Bath or The Queens Hotel in Cheltenham.
• A two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Francis Hotel in Bath, including breakfast and two tickets to Thermae Bath Spa.
• A two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Castle Hotel in Windsor, including breakfast and two tickets to Windsor Castle.
• A two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Queens Hotel in Cheltenham, including breakfast and a falconry experience courtesy of Walks with Hawks.
• A two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Francis Hotel, including breakfast/brunch and a hot air ballooning experience courtesy of Fly Away Ballooning.

7- To enter, you can:

– Provide your full name, email address and answer to the question ‘Tell us how would you best like to spend time this summer?’ to enter. By entering you agree to sign up to the Sutton Hotel Collection email newsletter.

– To enter this prize draw on Instagram, users must share their image of them spending time at either The Francis Hotel Bath (@francishotelbath), The Castle Hotel Windsor (@castlehotelwindsor) or The Queens Hotel Cheltenham (@queenshotelcheltenham) in an Instagram Post, using the hashtag #spendtimewellspent and tagging the featured hotel. If your account is private, you must send a direct message with a screenshot of the post to the featured hotel account in order for us to verify your entry. We will not be able to accept Instagram stories as entries.

– Only one entry per method of entry is allowed although there will be opportunities to earn further entries into the prize draw by sharing the prize draw with friends or by visiting our social media pages, liking posts on Facebook and following us on Instagram.

8 –- The prizes will be drawn at specific dates across the prize giveaway period (details below).  Your entry will be valid and continue to be counted in the prize draw for all prize draws.  There is no need to re-enter after a prize draw is announced.  Winners will be selected at random from all prize entries, the judge’s decision is final.

9 – Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. No compensation is payable in the event the winner is unable to use the prize.

10 – Further prize draw details:

Prize one equals a three-course meal for two guests at either Leaf restaurant at The Castle Hotel in Windsor, Boho Marche restaurant at The Francis Hotel in Bath or Victoria’s restaurant at The Queens Hotel, Cheltenham.

• Prize will be drawn at 5:00pm on Monday 17 The winner will be contacted by Wednesday 19 July either by email or via Instagram with details on how to claim their prize.
• Prize includes a three-course meal for two in one of the above restaurants (1 x starter, 1 x main course and 1 x dessert per guest).
• Prize does not include drinks nor transport to and from the restaurant.

• Prize must be taken by 31 March 2024 and will exclude Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
• Where possible we will always try to accommodate your first choice restaurant but suggest you have a number of dates available.

Prize two equals a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Castle Hotel in Windsor, including breakfast and a boat tour courtesy of French Brothers Windsor.

• Prize will be drawn at 5:00pm on Monday 31 The winner will be contacted by Wednesday 2 August either by email or via Instagram with details on how to claim their prize.
• Prize includes a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Castle Hotel in Windsor, including breakfast and a River Thames boat tour courtesy of French Brothers, Windsor
• Subject to availability and must be booked by contacting marketing@suttonhotelcollection.com
• Prize must be taken by 31 July 2024 and will exclude 23 December 2023 – 2 January 2024, 1 – 5 May 2024 and Royal Ascot week: 18 – 22 June 2024.
• Where possible we will always try to accommodate your first choice dates but suggest you have a number of dates available in the event we are already full or busy.
• Drinks, other meals, transport and parking are not included in the prize.

Prize three equals a champagne afternoon tea for two at either The Castle Hotel in Windsor, The Francis Hotel in Bath or The Queens Hotel in Cheltenham

• Prize will be drawn at 5:00pm on Monday 14 August 2023. The winner will be contacted by Wednesday 16 August either by email or via Instagram with details on how to claim their prize.
• Prize includes a champagne afternoon tea for two to be taken in one of the above hotels as described on the relevant afternoon tea menu.
• Subject to availability and must be booked by contacting marketing@suttonhotelcollection.com
• Prize must be taken by 31 March 2024 and will exclude Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.
• Where possible we will always try to accommodate your first choice restaurant but suggest you have a number of dates available.

 

Prize four equals a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Francis Hotel in Bath, including breakfast and two tickets to Thermae Bath Spa.

• Prize will be drawn at 5:00pm on Monday 28 August. The winner will be contacted by Wednesday 30 August either by email or via Instagram with details on how to claim their prize.
• Prize includes a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Francis Hotel in Bath, including breakfast and two tickets to the Thermae Bath Spa two-hour experience which must be used during the stay. The Thermae Bath Spa experience includes access to the indoor and outdoor natural spa pools and wellness suites but doe not include any treatments which must be booked and paid for separately.

• Prize must be taken by 31 July 2024 and will exclude 23 December 2023 – 2 January 2024 and there may be limited availability during Bath Festivals.

Prize five equals a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Castle Hotel in Windsor, including breakfast and two tickets to Windsor Castle.

• Prize will be drawn at 5:00pm on Monday 11 September. The winner will be contacted by Wednesday 13 September either by email or via Instagram with details on how to claim their prize.
• Prize includes a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Castle Hotel in Windsor, including breakfast and two tickets to Windsor Castle which must be used during the stay.
• Subject to availability and must be booked by contacting marketing@suttonhotelcollection.com
• Prize must be taken by 31 July 2024 and will exclude 23 December 2023 – 2 January 2024, 1 – 5 May 2024 and Royal Ascot week: 18 – 22 June 2024. Note that Windsor Castle is also closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so the prize will exclude Tuesday arrivals and Wednesday departures.

Prize six equals a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Queens Hotel in Cheltenham, including breakfast and a falconry experience for two with Walks with Hawks.

• Prize will be drawn at 5:00pm on Monday 25 September. The winner will be contacted by Wednesday 27 September either by email or via Instagram with details on how to claim their prize.
• Prize includes a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Queens Hotel in Cheltenham, including breakfast and a falconry experience for two courtesy of Walks with Hawks which must be used during the stay.
• Subject to availability and must be booked by contacting marketing@suttonhotelcollection.com
• Prize must be taken between 1 March – 30 September 2024 and will exclude 11 – 17 March 2024, Cheltenham Jazz Festival from 1 – 6 May 2024, Cheltenham music festival – 2024 dates yet to be released. The prize can also only be taken when Walks with Hawks have availability too and these experiences will all be subject to availability.
• The Falconry experience takes place about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. This prize does not include transfers and you need to be able to make it to the designated location.
• Where possible we will always try to accommodate your first choice dates but suggest you have a number of dates available in the event we are already full or busy, or Walks with Hawks are unable to run your experience.
• Drinks, other meals, transport and parking are not included in the prize.

Prize seven equals a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Francis Hotel in Bath, including breakfast and a hot air ballooning experience courtesy of Fly Away Ballooning.

• Prize will be drawn at 5:00pm on Saturday 30 September. The winner will be contacted by Tuesday 3 October either by email or via Instagram with details on how to claim their prize.
• Prize includes a two-night stay for two in a Classic bedroom at The Francis Hotel in Bath, including breakfast and a hot air balloon experience courtesy of Fly Away Ballooning which must be used during the stay.
• Subject to availability and must be booked by contacting marketing@suttonhotelcollection.com
• Prize must be taken between 1 April – 30 September 2024 due to when the balloons fly. This prize can only be taken where one of the days includes a Wednesday, Friday or Saturday as hot air balloon flights take place on Wednesday evenings, Friday mornings and evenings and Saturday mornings only.
• Hot air balloon flights can start as early as 5:00am on the morning flights and you are collected and dropped off at Victoria Park which is a short walk from The Francis Hotel. You need to allow 3 – 4 hours for flights but the actual flight time lasts between 45-90 minutes.
• Hot air balloon flights are subject to weather conditions which can change at very late notice. Should your prize be cancelled by Fly Away Ballooning, we will work to rearrange the prize with you.  Should you have already arrived at the hotel before your prize is cancelled, you can either continue your stay without the balloon flight or rearrange for another date.  We will not be able to reimburse you for any travel expenses incurred when an experience is cancelled at the last minute but we aim to give as much notice as possible.
• Where possible we will always try to accommodate your first choice dates but suggest you have a number of dates available in the event we are already full or busy, or Fly Away Ballooning does not availability
• Drinks, other meals, transport and parking are not included in the prize.

 

11 – The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

12 – The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

13 – The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14 – The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries.

 

16. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.

 

17- The winners have 28 days following notification of prize to claim their prize, otherwise another name will be drawn at random.  Winners names will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@suttonhotelcollection.com.

 

18- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Sutton Hotel Collection, and not to any other party. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Instagram and Facebook from any claims. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://suttonhotelcollection.com/privacy-policy/. 19 – By taking part in this promotion on social media, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.

20 – Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

21. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
