Achieve excellence at your next board meeting with the help of the majestic Regency Suite in the heart of Cheltenham. The grand surroundings of this sophisticated space can be adapted to accommodate up to 100 guests and suit either a multi-day conference, training day, company workshop, or a discreet staff meeting. The Lounge offers an informal place for smaller meetings, interviews and private dining. Having  also achieved the Green Meetings Gold award, sustainability across the business is key.

Meet centrally in the heart of Mayfair at The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences for your next board meeting, small event, private dinner or conference. Choose from a selection of spacious air-conditioned meeting rooms, all with natural light – a rarity in central London, and with views over leafy Green Park. Located on the first floor, the contemporary Hyde Park Suite is our largest meeting space. Suitable for up to 80 guests seated, the space can be used as two individual rooms or opened up as one large space.
