We know your four-legged friends are a cherished part of the family and our dog-friendly bedrooms mean they can join you on a getaway too. You can bring up to two well-trained dogs for a cost of £30 per night in selected bedrooms across our hotels.

We leave no paw unturned to ensure your pet pooch will be just as comfortable as you are during your stay with us. We have found the best local bars and cafés where dogs are welcome and have dog walking maps all ready for you to explore either local or more further afield. Rufus even gets a treat a on us too – bowls, dog beds and treats will be waiting in your room.

Terms and conditions

Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed in your bedroom when booking selected bedrooms. At The Queens Hotel dogs can stay in Classic double, superior, executive and deluxe bedrooms without a view and are excluded from Renascence Suites, junior suites, deluxe and superior bedrooms with a view. At The Francis Hotel dogs can stay in all bedroom types. At The Castle Hotel dogs can stay in Executive Queen Room or Junior Suite rooms only. The cost is £30 per night which is chargeable on arrival. A welcome gift for your pet will be waiting in your room. The welcome gift is non-refundable and non-transferable. Dogs are welcome in the bar and outside terrace at The Castle Hotel but not in the lounge area and restaurant, in the lounge at The Francis Hotel but not in the restaurant and in the lounge and in the garden at The Queens Hotel but not in the bar or restaurant.
